Our family started Food for Thought Snack Company to make healthy snacking easier for children and adults. We like to think of it as the little snack company that COULD! Our mission is to make it just as easy to reach for a wholesome and natural single-serving snack as it is to grab a bag of corn chips.

We put a lot of thought into all the products that go into our SnackSacks. We know there are a lot of choices out there in the natural food community, and so we are always looking for new varieties of products that taste great. Each month we create SnackSacks that have lots of old favorites, plus a few new selections thrown in!

One of our main goals is to help create beneficial life-long snacking habits in children. We know that children can be choosy eaters. We think it’s important that the food we send out in our SnackSacks appeal to kids AND taste great. Who better to test new products on then our own children? When they love something, they let us know, and when they don’t like something, well, they’re pretty vocal about that, too! That’s why we are confident that your children will love the HealthiTots and HealthiKids SnackSacks—because our own kids do. We also offer a variety for adults in our HealthiYou SnackSacks.

In addition to our SnackSacks, we also offer healthy vending to schools and businesses in the Mid-Maryland region. We provide state-of-the-art vending machines with attractive graphics filled with healthy products. It’s just another way we are making healthy snacking easier and more convenient for students and adults.
